Faremongers User Agreement

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to make a booking or create an account. You may use our services for legitimate travel arrangements for yourself or people who authorize you to act. You may save your own confirmations and other booking records for personal use.

Where an account is offered, keep its details accurate and protect its password and verification codes. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account; responsibility for unauthorized activity remains subject to applicable law and the circumstances. We will never ask you to disclose a banking one-time password by email.

Do not create fraudulent or speculative bookings, impersonate another person, submit payment details without authority, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or overload the service. Do not harvest customer information or use automated extraction in violation of access restrictions. Do not use the service to infringe another person’s rights or break the law.

Our website content and technology are owned by us or our licensors. Permission to use the service does not transfer intellectual property rights. Unless law permits it, copying or commercially reusing our content or technology requires permission.

Airline names, trademarks and third-party links identify their respective owners or services. They do not establish that Faremongers is an airline or its official support channel. External websites are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations when using third-party services.

Provide contact details that can receive booking confirmations and time-sensitive messages. We may use those details for your requested service, payment issues, security and legally required notices. Electronic delivery will be used subject to applicable law. Marketing permissions are handled separately; accepting this Agreement does not by itself authorize marketing calls or messages requiring separate consent.

If you submit material for public display, you permit us to host and display it for that purpose and make reasonable formatting changes. You must have the necessary rights to submit it. We may remove unlawful, abusive or misleading content. Private correspondence and booking documents are not licensed for advertising by this clause. We will obtain any additional permission required before using an identifiable testimonial for marketing.

Maintenance, outages and supplier systems may affect availability. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct or a material breach. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to resolve it. Suspension does not remove refund rights or our obligations for existing bookings. You may stop using the website at any time.

The responsibility, mandatory-rights protections, governing law and dispute provisions in our Terms & Conditions also apply to this Agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A website error or account restriction does not automatically cancel an existing travel contract.

We may revise this Agreement for future use and show the new effective date. Where required, we will provide notice or request acceptance. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
