Faremongers is an independent travel booking agency. We are not an airline or an airline’s customer service department. Airline names and logos identify travel services and do not, by themselves, imply airline ownership, endorsement or affiliation. Airlines provide transportation under their conditions of carriage. We arrange bookings through airlines, consolidators and reservation suppliers and remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If booking for others, you must have authority to act for them and provide their information. Give each traveler the itinerary, relevant terms and privacy information.

Check names, travel dates, airports, passport details and contact information before submitting a request. Names must match the documents used for travel. Report mistakes immediately. Corrections may depend on airline approval and may require additional payment or a new ticket. Responsibility for an error depends on who caused it and applicable law.

Search results and quotations depend on availability. A payment receipt, request acknowledgment or reservation reference alone does not establish that an airline ticket has been issued. We will send the ticket details when issuance is complete. Contact us promptly if those details do not arrive or contain an error.

Payment may be authorized before ticketing. If the requested fare becomes unavailable, we will seek your approval before charging more or accepting a materially different itinerary. You may decline the alternative. If we cannot fulfill the booking, we will release the authorization or refund collected amounts as required by law. Avoid making non-refundable onward arrangements before ticket issuance.

The price and currency payable, mandatory charges and any agency service fees will be disclosed before you authorize payment. Optional services require your selection. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction charge.

Separate airline and agency charges may appear on your statement where disclosed during payment. Any agency fee, its purpose and its refund conditions must be disclosed before authorization. No fee is non-refundable where law requires its return. We will not increase a paid ticket price except where legally permitted and with any required consent.

Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. We may request proportionate verification through an appropriate secure channel and decline a transaction where verification fails. Do not send full payment card details or security codes by ordinary email.

The fare purchased determines permitted changes, cancellation conditions, baggage and other restrictions, subject to legal rights. Review the operating airline, connections, cabin and baggage details supplied before payment. Separate tickets may have separate rules and may not protect onward connections; any such arrangement must be disclosed before purchase.

Travelers must obtain valid passports, visas and transit permissions, satisfy entry and health requirements and meet check-in and boarding deadlines. Check current requirements with the appropriate government authorities and airline. Missing a flight or taking segments out of sequence may cause remaining segments to be cancelled under airline rules.

Contact us before departure to request a change or cancellation. A request is not complete until confirmed. Eligibility depends on fare rules and law. Where a change is allowed, the amount may include a fare difference, airline charges and a separately disclosed Faremongers service fee. We will obtain authorization for the applicable amount before proceeding.

Some fares have no voluntary refund entitlement. Others permit a refund or credit subject to stated conditions. Credits may have passenger, route, expiry and redemption restrictions. We will communicate the applicable terms; we cannot extend a supplier’s credit without approval.

The U.S. airline 24-hour hold or cancellation requirement does not automatically apply to bookings made through an online travel agency. Any 24-hour cancellation benefit offered by Faremongers will be stated expressly with its eligibility conditions before purchase. This does not limit other mandatory refund rights.

If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, applicable law may entitle you to a refund when you do not accept the changed service, replacement travel or an alternative such as a credit. This can apply even to a fare sold as non-refundable. We will communicate options available to us and help administer your request.

For covered flights to, from or within the United States, where we are the merchant of record responsible for the airfare refund, we will meet the applicable ticket-agent refund obligations. Required refunds will be issued within seven business days for credit card purchases and twenty calendar days for other payment methods once due under the applicable rules. Supplier processing does not override a deadline imposed on us by law.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless applicable law permits otherwise and you agree. We will not replace a legally owed monetary refund with a credit without your affirmative choice or deduct charges prohibited by law. Where the airline is responsible for the refund, we will assist you in contacting it. Refunds for voluntary cancellations follow the fare conditions and applicable law.

We will use reasonable efforts to pass on schedule updates we receive. Keep your contact details current and check the flight’s status with the airline before departure. Airlines control flight operations, seats and baggage handling. Please report baggage problems promptly to the operating carrier within its applicable claim deadlines.

Check whether seats, bags, meals and other services are included or separately charged. A request for a seat or special assistance is not a guarantee until confirmed. Rights to reimbursement for services not supplied remain subject to applicable law. Our agency role does not excuse inaccurate representations or other failures for which we are legally responsible.

Contact us with your booking reference and a description of the issue so that we can investigate. This is not a condition on your right to contact a card issuer, regulator or court. We may provide transaction and booking records when responding to a payment dispute. Nothing here waives statutory dispute or chargeback rights.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or control airline operations. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control. Subject to the exceptions below, our aggregate contractual liability relating to a booking is limited to the total amount paid to us for that booking.

These exclusions and limits do not reduce a refund entitlement, exclude fraud or willful misconduct, or restrict liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. They do not excuse our own breach where the exclusion is prohibited. Weather, government restrictions, supplier disruption or other extraordinary events do not remove mandatory refund obligations.

Nevada law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, except where applicable law entitles you to another court or forum. This clause does not require arbitration or waive statutory remedies.

An unenforceable provision will be limited or severed without invalidating the remainder. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively and publish the effective date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing booking. Additional notice or agreement will be obtained when legally required.
